Manage Tags
The feature previously known as "Contact Segments" has been rebranded as "Contact Tags" throughout AgencyRoot. This change aims to provide a more precise definition of the function and purpose of Contact Tags.
Tags make it simple to categorize contacts into logical groups based on shared characteristics.
Manage Tags can be accessed from the https://agencyroot.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AS/pages/2346385484 screen.
Add New Tag
Adding a new tag is easy! Just remember the golden rule - no duplicates allowed.
Click the ‘Add Tag’ button.
Enter a unique Tag name.
Click the ‘Add’ button.
Edit Tag
Update tags with ease using tag editing.
Click the edit icon (pencil) for the tag you want to edit.
Update the tag name.
Click the ‘Save’ button.
Tag changes update immediately on the Contacts Dashboard and tagged contacts.
Delete Tag
Remove the clutter by deleting tags you no longer need.
Click the delete icon (trash can) for the tag you want to delete.
Click the ‘Delete Tag’ button to confirm.
Tags that are deleted will be immediately removed from the Contacts Dashboard, as well as from any contact that was associated with it.
