Policy Dashboard
AgencyRoot makes it easy to see all your policies, from all your AIPs, in one place with our Policy Dashboard.
This guide will help you understand how to find policies details faster while gaining a better understanding of your Agency Book of Business with insightful reports.
The policy dashboard collects all the policy data within the AgencyRoot system and offers agents a filterable, exportable report to reviewing their crop book of business.
Navigating the Policy Dashboard
Getting Policy Data
The system is designed so you can see data from one Reinsurance year (RY) at a time.
At the top left of your Policy Dashboard Select the RY you wish to review and select “Get Policies”.
Your RY policy data will show on the policies tab at the top of the page. Please note you will be shown 10 policies per page.
You can access a specific policy or Contact by selecting the BLUE Contact Name or Policy number in the report.
Change the RY to access other policy year data.
Filtering Policy Data
Using the designed filters will allow agents to find a specific set of policies or a general range of areas.
Types of Filters
AGENT
Select from the list of Active agents to filter the report to the PRIMARY AGENT on the Contact / Customer screen.
Select the “Inactive Agents” toggle to show agents who are Inactive but still are listed as Primary Agents on a Contact / Customer.
CONTACT/ENTITY
Type in the Last Name of a Contact or Customer to see policies associated with that name.
Type in the Entity Name to see policies associated with that name.
COMPANY
Select from the AIP company drop-down to filter the report to a specific AIP.
CROP
Select the specific crop you wish to filter the report to. Please note this list will only include crops AgencyRoot has received a policy for.
LOCATION
You can filter by County & State by typing in the County Name and Selecting a State from the available drop-down items.
You can filter by State only by only selecting a State from the available drop-down items.
You can filter by County only by only typing in the County you wish to filter the list to.
POLICY
Policy Number
Type in the policy number to filter to a specific policy number.
Insurance Plan
Select from the drop-down items to filter to specific policy plans.
Policy Types
Select from the drop-down items to filter to specific policy types.
Policy SubTypes
Select from the drop-down items to filter to specific policy subtypes.
Policy Status
Select from the drop-down items to filter to specific status'.
Saving A Filter
To access filters often used quickly you can Save a Filter.
Set your Filter parameters
Select “ADD” by SAVED FILTERS
Key in your Saved Filter’s Name
Save
This SAVED FILTER will now be available to select when you return to the Policy Dashboard.
Clearing Filters
Select the BLUE CLEAR FILTERS Icon to reset filters and show all RY data
Bulk Adding Workflows
You now have the ability to add a specific Workflow to a group, or all your DISPLAYED Policies.
Filter to the desired set of policy data you wish to add a Workflow to.
In the ADD WORKFLOW box select the Select Workflow drop-down and select the Workflow you wish to add to the set of policies,
Select Continue.
A confirmation box will pop up. Select Yes or no if you wish to Continue
Please note if a policy already has the desired Workflow on it - this process will not create a Duplicate.
Please note there is not Bulk Remove Workflow option so if you mistakenly add Workflows to the wrong group of policies please contact support@agencyroot.com.
Exporting Policy Reports
Once you’ve selected the RY and any other Filters to customize your report you can also export that into an Excel .csv file.
Select “Excel (.csv) to begin your data export.
Policies Chart
By selecting the Policies Chart tab you will be brought into a Reporting feature that will highlight your RY Policy data like never before.
Select the RY and select “Get Policies”.
Use the Data sets to customize your report.

Net Acres
X-Axis Data sets
