LivestockPro: LRP/DRP/LGM Quoter

We provide, free of cost, access to quoting tools for LRP, DRP, and LGM. In addition to the quoting services, AND with a subscription to DRP/LRP Quote Notifications, our tools allow for an automatic email-sending service that keeps your customers in the loop through daily updates to a variety of coverage levels and plans.

DRP/LRP Quote Notifications will save you hours of work each week and ensure your customers have the most up-to-date information daily. The automatic DRP/LRP Quote Notifications service is an additional cost to your AgencyRoot subscription and is outlined below. LGM is currently unavailable for the quote notifications service.

Accessing LivestockPro

  1. From AgencyRoot core, navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen.

    1. While hovering over the sidebar, click on “Apps” to open up our list of available apps.

    2. Under Free Apps, you will find LivestockPro.

  2. When using another AgencyRoot quoter, you will find LivestockPro displayed in the navigation menu across the top of the screen.

Creating LivestockPro Quotes

All 3 plans (DRP, LRP, and LGM) can be quoted within LivestockPro. New quotes for each plan can be created using the ‘New Quote’ button at the top of the screen. From there, you will see all of the inputs for the plan that you selected.

Creating a quote is very simple; all you need to do is just enter all of the required inputs respective to each plan. Once you have done that, LivestockPro will instantly update itself and create the quote.

If you need to change the input for a quote, all you have to do is enter the new value, and the quote will automatically recalculate with the change in consideration.

Printing LivestockPro Quotes

All 3 plans (DRP, LRP, and LGM) can also be printed. Printing a quote will print whatever you currently have on display within the quoter. For example, if you choose to have multiple coverages open within a single endorsement, the print will show each coverage within an endorsement, as well as any other endorsements and coverages that you have elected to show.

  1. Subtitles allow you to add text to the top of your printed page.

  2. Choose which of the currently active quote tabs to print.

  3. You are able to print your quotes with a logo or no logo.

  4. Whether or not to include market data (for LRP only).

 

Saving a LivestockPro Quote

  1. Once you have each required field filled out, you can save the quote to your agency.

    1. Existing quotes cannot be re-saved unless a field is changed.

  2. Quotes can be saved using the top right 'Save Quote' button.

  1. All saved quotes can be accessed via the ‘My Quotes’ tab at the top of each quoter. DRP, LRP, and LGM quotes are saved independently of each other.

Enabling the LivestockPro Quote Notification Service

Once a quote is saved, the quote can be set up to be sent out to your customers on a daily basis via email at the end of each market day. Quotes to send out are identified on an individual basis, and there is no limit to the number of quotes you can set up and send per customer.

Our DRP/LRP Quote Notifications Subscription will allow users to set up and save LRP or DRP quotes & send an Automatic, Daily, and Updated quote via email to any number of customers and prospects. The DRP/LRP Quote Notifications subscription is $500 / year and allows all users in the Agency to set up and send out automatic daily LRP/DRP quotes.

The following video will take you through setting up, saving, and sending a Daily LRP quote.

  1. Set up a saved quote. This quote can be DRP or LRP, depending on your customer’s needs.

  2. To designate a quote to be sent out daily, save your current quote, and then click ‘Notifications’ next to the ‘Save’ button. Note: Quotes from other plans are not available to be set up with Quote Notifications at this time.

  1. From the ‘Notification Settings’ box that opens up, configure the options that best fit your customer’s needs. When you are done, click ‘Next.’

  1. Now, select the contact/entity that you want to set up with daily quote emails. Begin typing their name into the contact search box, select their name from the dropdown, and then select the applicable email address(es) to send the notification(s) to.

  1. The Reply To Agent dropdown will default to you, the logged-in user, but can be changed to any agent within your agency. The selected agent will receive any customer replies to the notification emails.

  1. Click ‘Done’, and the notification is set up.

  2. Notifications can be managed in multiple ways:

    1. Click the ‘Notifications’ button on the quote.

    2. Click the blue bell icon on the ‘My Quotes’ screen.

    3. Click on ‘My Notifications’ in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

  3. The ‘My Notifications’ screen provides an easy way to quickly view, edit, or delete your DRP/LRP notifications.

    1. Clicking the blue bell icon on the ‘My Notifications’ screen will open the ‘Notification Settings' for an individual quote.

    2. Click the red trash can icon to delete the quote notification.

    3. Click the arrow icon to expand the row and view quote notification details.
