AgencyRoot's subscription model is straightforward - $70.00 per month per user - however there are unique situations and additional tools that an Agency can decide to include at additional cost.

  • Viewing Your Agency Account
    Users with the Agency Admin permission can view the Payment Information screen under Agency Admin page. An Admin can then verify and update the default payment method, view current and historical invoices, and confirm all current and canceled subscriptions.

  • Adding Users / Accounts
    Individual Users or Accounts can be added under Agency Admin > Accounts. Your Agency account will have a new user account added as soon as you invite/add a user account unless you've indicated it is an inactive user.

Users who are “Invited” are part of your Agency Account billing immediately so please follow up with them & have them check their email for the sign up email invitation.

  • Removing Users / Accounts
    A user / account will be removed if you change a user's status to Inactive. We do not offer refunds, but you will receive prorated account credit if you remove a user during the month you've already paid for. For example, if you inactivate one of your two users halfway through the month, you will receive 50% off $70.00 ($35.00) credit to your account. Your next month's charges will be for one user at $70.00, with your $35 credit applied for a net charge of $35.00. The month after that will resume at $70.00.

  • ACH Transfer
    We offer the ability for you to pay directly from your bank via ACH transfer. If you are interested in setting this up, please reach out to our support chat and we can begin that process immediately.

  • Additional Charges
    We will not charge you for anything additional without you agreeing to it. We offer many add-on tools that will help your Agency with quoting and overall management.

  • Closing Your Account
    If you decide to cancel your account, please contact us so we can discuss how to handle the data you have put into AgencyRoot. You will have the option to have us export any/all data that you would like to have exported, and then determine if you'd like us to retain your data for your future use or delete it permanently. Even after closing your account we will never sell or disclose your data.
