If you've previously used the RainfallPro Producer mobile app, you may have noticed that the biometrics feature is currently disabled on the login screen. This is due to ongoing system upgrades, which require us to temporarily disable the biometrics feature. Rest assured that we are working to bring it back as soon as possible.

To log into RainfallPro Producer Mobile, you must already have a username and password for

    the AgencyRoot platform. There

AgencyRoot, as there is no way to register from within the app.

    1. For agents, you’ll need to have an admin at your agency add you as an AgencyRoot user.

    2. For policyholders, your agent will need to provide you access via your email. Instructions for agents on how to invite producers can be found here.

    3. To reset your password, click the link in the app under the login and follow the instructions on the web page.

    Info

After logging in, we recommend going straight to the Settings tab and enabling biometric login, which will make logging in much faster. Depending on your device, this might be a fingerprint or facial recognition.

    2. Viewing Grid Data. The grid view provides basic information about any rainfall grid for the current calendar year. Grids can be searched on the map, and then data loaded by entering the grid number at the top.

    3. Viewing Policy Data. The policyholder view will list all policyholders the logged in user has access to. For agents, this means all customers they have access to in AgencyRoot, and for policyholders this means all policies they have been granted access to by their agent.

    a. Click on the policyholder you’d like to view policy information for.

    b. Policy data will show for the first county / grid / use type combination for the policyholder. If the policyholder has multiple counties / grids / use types, use the arrows to scroll through the details. Policyholder totals are shown at the bottom of the screen.
