How to use the Producer Toolbox

Within the AgencyRoot platform, you have the ability to invite your customers to a page designed solely for them. This page offers them insights into their policy details, a risk matrix, as well as shared documents (coming soon). There is no additional cost to utilize this platform.

This guide will help you understand and utilize the Producer Toolbox for your customers. It will also provide a guide you can share with your customers so they can better understand and navigate their Producer Toolbox.

Inviting your Customers to their Producer Toolbox

You can invite as many of your customers to their Producer Toolbox as you’d like at no additional monthly cost.

1. Log onto your AgencyRoot portal: https://agencyroot.com/app/#/login

2. Search for the Customer you wish to invite.

3. Confirm / Add the customer’s email address. Please note you must have a Primary Email assigned before the invite will work.

4. Navigate to the bottom of the Customer’s Contact Detail Tower and locate the User Account. Select “INVITE”

5. Send Invite

6. Your customer will be sent an email with a link to Create an Account.
