AgencyRoot's subscription model is straightforward - $69.99 per month per user - but there are some unique situations that may come up:
Viewing Your Account
Users with the Agency Admin permission can view the account screen under Agency Admin. The credit card can be updated at any time, your total subscriptions, your previous invoices, and any scheduled invoices can also be viewed on that screen.
Adding Subscriptions
Users can be added under Agency Admin > User Management. Your account will have a subscription added as soon as you invite a new user unless you've indicated it is an inactive user.
Removing Subscriptions
A subscription will be removed if you change a user's status to Inactive. We do not offer refunds, but you will receive prorated account credit if you remove a user during the month you've already paid for. For example, if you inactivate one of your two users halfway through the month, you will receive 50% off $59.99 ($30) credit to your account. Your next month's charges will be for one user at $59.99, with your $30 credit applied for a net charge of $29.99. The month after that will resume at $59.99.
Additional Charges
We will not charge you for anything additional without your agreeing to it. We may offer services at additional costs in the future, but as of this document, writing does not have anything we charge you for outside of the $59.99/mo/user subscription fee.
Closing Your Account
If you decide to cancel your account, please contact us so we can discuss how to handle the data you have put into AgencyRoot. You will have the option to have us export any/all data that you would like to have exported, and then determine if you'd like us to retain your data for your future use or delete it permanently. Even after closing your account we will never sell or disclose your data.
