Keep in mind these suggestions are just a typical workflow, but and that the process within your agency might call for a slightly different workflow. Agents wanting to only store final documents in AgencyRoot can ignore the status field or key them as Complete / Final and skip the other steps.

Managing Document Status

  1. You can select the initial Document Status when you originally upload your document

  2. You can edit a Document Status by selecting the 3 dot action item next to the document and selecting Edit

Reviewing Document Status History

You now have the ability to view the history of a document including the changes in status, the date and time of the updates, as well as “Viewing Version”; viewing any previously uploaded documents. Refer to the Documents page for more details on replacing documents with newer versions

  1. To review the documents history of the document select the 3 dot action item next to the document and select “History”
