  • Removing Users / Accounts
    A user / account will be removed if you change a user's status to Inactive. We do not offer refunds, but you will receive prorated account credit if you remove a user during the month you've already paid for. For example, if you inactivate one of your two users halfway through the month, you will receive 50% off $70.00 ($35.00) credit to your account. Your next month's charges will be for one user at $70.00, with your $35 credit applied for a net charge of $35.00. The month after that will resume at $70.00.

  • Closing Your Account
    If you decide to cancel your account, please contact us so we can discuss how to handle the data you have put into AgencyRoot. You will have the option to have us export any/all data that you would like to have exported, and then determine if you'd like us to retain your data for your future use or delete it permanently. Even after closing your account we will never sell or disclose your data.
