All 3 plans (DRP, LRP, and LGM) can be quoted within LivestockPro. New quotes for each plan can be created using the ‘New Quote’ button at the top of the screen. From there, you will see all of the inputs for the plan that you selected.

Creating a quote is very simple; all you need to do is just enter all of the required inputs respective to each plan. Once you have done that, LivestockPro will instantly update itself and create the quote.

For example, if you choose to have multiple coverages open within a single endorsement, the print will show each coverage within an endorsement, as well as any other endorsements and coverages that you have elected to show.

Accessing LivestockPro

  1. From the AgencyRoot home dashboard, navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen.

  2. While hovering over the sidebar, click on “Apps” to open up our list of available apps.

  3. Under Free Apps, you will find LivestockPro. Click on it to open up the quoter.

  1. Once you have each required field filled out, you can save the quote to your agency.

    1. Existing quotes cannot be re-saved unless a field is changed.

  2. Quotes can be saved using the top right 'Save Quote' button.

  1. All saved quotes can be accessed via the ‘My Quotes’ tab at the top of each quoter. DRP, LRP, and LGM quotes are saved independently of each other.

Enabling the automatic DRP/LRP daily email service

  1. Set up a saved quote. This quote can be DRP or LRP, depending on your customer’s needs.

  2. To designate a quote to be sent out daily, save your current quote, and then click ‘Notifications’ next to the ‘Save’ button. Note: Quotes from other plans are not available to be set up with Quote Notifications at this time.

  1. From the ‘Notification Settings’ box that opened up, configure the options that best fit your customer’s needs. When you are done, click ‘Next.’

  2. Now, select the contacts and/or entities that you want to have set up with daily quote emails. Type in their name into the contact search box, and then select the agent that will be receiving any customer replies to these emails.

  3. Click ‘Done’ and the quote is set up.

  4. If you want to manage your quotes, get to the ‘My Notifications’ tab 1 of 2 ways:

    1. Click the ‘My Notifications’ tab.

    2. Click a blue bell icon from the saved quotes tab.

  5. Click the blue bell icon from the ‘My Notifications’ tab to manage the settings for each quote individually.

    1. Click the red trash can icon to delete the quote.

    2. Click the arrow to see an overview of the quote beyond the title.

  6. Use the filters above the saved quotes to narrow down a large list of quotes to something more searchable.
